The Process
SIX STEPS · FIVE OF THEM ARE THE SAME STEP- Quote. You request one below. We respond in the order received, which is also the order we will re-read it.
- Procurement. Components are sourced at Aisle 7. Substitutions of equal or greater discount are permitted and common.
- Assembly. Performed in the order the instructions were written, which is not always the order the instructions should have been written.
- Countdown. Professional cadence. Under budget constraints, T-10 may be skipped with written notice.
- Flight. The rocket goes up. This is the part we are best at and it shows.
- Recovery. Best effort at lower tiers; sincere at The Works. The umbrella has never failed. The rocket has also never used it.

Yes. Is it discounted? Also yes. The discount applies to procurement, not to the science. The science is full price and rigorously applied.
Can I insure my payload?
You are STRONGLY encouraged to. We do not sell insurance. We know a guy. He does.
What is your success rate?
Our launches are successful. What a launch is successful at is defined in the contract, §4, in language our lawyer described as "technically airtight."
How high is "high"?
High. Apogee is measured in feet, then estimated, then described. The description is the deliverable.
Do you accept manufacturer coupons from other manufacturers?
No. Only our coupons, our mailings, and — at the Range Safety Officer's discretion — one (1) grocery store loyalty card per launch.
What happens if my payload is damaged?
